OFFICE MANAGER/COORDINATOR FOR SMALL BUSINESS IN ABILENE, TEXAS   POSITION SUMMARY: Manning physical office space while coordinating service, deliveries, scheduling, billing, payments, and customers needs with exceptional customer service; customer account management; answering calls and fielding them accordingly; performing ad hoc administrative duties as needed. Health Insurance PTO & Sick Leave 401(K)   POSITION DUTIES: * Answer phone and emails * Greet and interact with customers and prospective clients * Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner * Manage emails, billing, collections, filing * Ordering office supplies * Ensure customer satisfaction and retention * Assist/train other employees as requested * Actively support a positive team environment that is conducive to the efficient and effective serving of our customers * Know and follow company policies and procedures; identify need for and suggest change when appropriate * Other duties as needed POSITION REQUIREMENTS: * High school diploma or equivalent * Effective communication skills * Pass background check * Pass drug screening * Previous administrative experience preferred * Excellent communication skills * Outgoing and positive attitude * Professional presentation * Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility * A professional appearance
