- Greet clients
- Answer phones, emails, take messages when appropriate
- Processing Insurance application for submission to different carriers
- Provide certain product information to callers
- Create and maintain client files
- Scheduling and/or confirming appointments
- Perform customer service duties
- Other related administrative tasks and projects as assigned
- Detailed data entry required on internal software system
- Work and monitor daily tasks and phone call recordings/voice messages into a system
Job Requirements:Fluency in reading, writing and speaking in English and Armenian is a must; 45-60 wpm typing skills. Good customer service skills. Prior experience is a must. Working knowledge of Infusionsoft/Keap system is preferable. Submit a resume for job interview.
