Summary About the Position: This is an Administrative Officer, GS-0341-12 position for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Tulsa District and located in Tulsa, OK. Responsibilities Analyzes mission, management objectives, and organizational goals to determine current and projected personnel needs and potential placement opportunities/issues. Advises and assists management and staff with civilian personnel life cycle events, from hire to retire, and provides referral to proponent offices as appropriate. Provides advice, guidance, and direct support to managers, supervisors, and employees on program policies, regulatory requirements, and procedures such as availability and eligibility requirements and planning job-related career development. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes: 1) Advising management officials on policy/regulatory matters affecting the organization; AND 2) Planning, coordinating and monitoring organizational actions to ensure successful outcomes; AND 3) Understanding of training, personnel regulations and procedures to assist senior managers and provide advice and human resource assistance to employees and supervisors. AND 4) Utilizing multiple software programs (ex. DCPDS, AutoNOA, etc.) to track the status of recruitments.
