Summary The Administrative Fellowship Program is an 18-month program focused on didactic and experiential education to prepare future leaders for roles in hospital operations and beyond. The program is split into two phases:Orientaton/Rotation Phase and Implementation/ Performance Phase. The HSHS Administrative Fellows get to collaborate daily with system and hospital leadership through 20-30 different projects, plus their time assigned with an executive mentor as well as a fellow mentor. Qualifications Education Master’s degree or enrollment in a masters degree program in health administration, business administration or public health is required. CAHME-accredited programs are preferred.
