Thank you!** Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, ensuring effective communication and correspondence. • Manage and respond to emails promptly, ensuring all communications are handled in a detail oriented and timely manner. • Oversee the creation of package labels as per the requirements. • Execute data entry tasks efficiently, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. • Assist in sending quotes, ensuring they are dispatched within the specified time frame. • Handle additional tasks as required, contributing to the smooth running of operations. • Transition to the use of QuoteWerks software, leveraging experience to adapt quickly and effectively. • Manage inbound calls, providing excellent customer service and resolving queries. • Oversee budget processes, ensuring accurate and efficient management of resources. • Handle calendar management, organizing schedules effectively to ensure smooth operations. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating exceptional customer service and communication skills. • Familiarity with budget processes, with the ability to efficiently manage and allocate resources. • Proven experience in calendar management, coordinating schedules, meetings, and appointments. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with clients and team members. • Demonstrated ability in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
