About Us
Pyramid Healthcare’s Newport News facility serves Virginia. Our non-hospital program offers medically-supervised, 24/7 services, combining evidence-based treatment with individual counseling, group therapy, and elective activities to support sustainable recovery in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and coordinate office administration to maintain a safe, efficient, and effective environment. Perform clerical duties, including filing, typing, mailing, answering phones, and managing medical/client records. Support intake processes, maintain client packets, and assist with billing sheets and census updates. Communicate with referral sources and manage intake/discharge logs as needed. Maintain office equipment, liaise with vendors for maintenance, and ensure a clean, organized workspace. Attend staff meetings, document minutes, and manage policy and procedure updates. Supervise and transport clients to and from designated locations while maintaining service-related documentation. Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Technical/Business School education preferred. Experience in administrative or secretarial roles. Valid driver’s license required.Why Join Pyramid Healthcare?
