Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrative Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to our team. In this role, you will manage a variety of tasks that contribute to the efficient and smooth operation of our office.

Your responsibilities will include managing correspondence by responding to inquiries from both internal and external sources, and directing inquiries to the appropriate individual or department. You will oversee data management, including collecting, reviewing, and updating information, retrieving company records upon request, and preparing records for archiving.

You will greet visitors professionally, maintain visitor logs, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Handling phone communications and ensuring accurate and prompt message delivery will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and other activities, ensuring seamless scheduling and logistics.
