Summary
Summary: This position provides direct administrative support to the Department of Medicine Director, Department of Medicine and Medical Director of the Hospitalist program. Performs a variety of administrative, secretarial, and clerical duties for Department administration and Departmental Medical Director leadership. Handles all scheduling, communication, and general administrative and programmatic functions. The position supports Departmental projects and assignments associated with key organizational and program initiatives Prepares letters, reports, spreadsheets, graphs and presentations as required. Maintains office supplies, prepares inventory and purchase orders Performs additional responsibilities such as processing/maintaining payroll. Completes travel requests and expense reimbursements. Coordinates travel and meeting schedules for candidates being interviewed for hire. Arranges appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars. Schedules appointments and maintains calendars for assigned Directors, Administrators, etc.Requirements:
