DescriptionThe Talent & Culture Consultant at Emory Healthcare serves as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to leaders and staff, fostering an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing workplace. This role combines expertise in human resources, organizational development, and cultural transformation to support Emory Healthcare’s mission of improving lives and providing exceptional care. The Consultant will drive initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent while aligning with the organization’s values and business objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Management
Partner with leaders to identify and address workforce needs, including recruitment, retention, and succession planning strategies.Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale, productivity, and overall job satisfaction.Provide guidance on career development and talent mobility to support individual and organizational growth.Culture Development
Champion Emory Healthcare’s mission, vision, and values to create a culture of inclusion, innovation, and collaboration.Design and implement programs that enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the organization.Collaborate with leadership to assess and shape workplace culture to align with strategic goals.Leadership Development

Act as a point of contact for complex employee relations issues, providing guidance to leaders and staff.Partner with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and employment laws.Change Management
Support organizational change initiatives by developing strategies, communication plans, and resources to help teams navigate transitions effectively.Drive continuous improvement by analyzing data, identifying trends, and recommending solutions to address challenges.Minimum QualificationsEducation and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR, organizational development, or related fields, with a focus on talent and culture initiatives.Skills and Competencies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across diverse groups.Proven track record of driving DEI initiatives and fostering inclusive workplaces.Expertise in conflict resolution, coaching, and facilitation.Analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and make data-driven decisions.Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.Certifications
