Statement of Purpose:
Provides administrative and clinical leadership; is responsible for supporting and maintaining management plans to ensuring continuity of patient care and serves as a resource on internal and administrative matters.
Qualifications:
Current MA RN License. BS Degree in nursing preferred. Current CPR skills, certification in clinical area highly desirable. Experience of 5 or more years of progressively responsible hospital nursing including supervisory experience.
MRMC Differentials:
Hospital differentials are: $3.50 hourly for evenings, $4.75 hourly for nights, and $2.75 hourly for weekends. All differentials are paid based per hospital policy.
