Responsibilities:
Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.Answer and direct phone calls professionally.Assist with customer inquiries and deliver exceptional customer service.Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative roles with strong computer skills.Excellent organizational abilities and time management.Basic administrative experience.Bilingual skills are required.Resume is a plus.Pay and Shift:
Monday to Friday2:30 PM - 11:00 PM$17.00 per hour
