Our client, a leading paper distributor in Bayonne, NJ, is looking for a Detail-Oriented Administrative Clerk to join their team. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient operation of the office, providing vital support across various administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.Answer and direct phone calls professionally.Assist with customer inquiries and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

Proven experience in administrative roles with strong computer skills.Excellent organizational abilities and time management.Basic administrative experience.Bilingual skills are required.Resume is a plus.

Pay and Shift:

Monday to Friday2:30 PM - 11:00 PM$17.00 per hour
