Minimum qualifications:
+ 3 years of administrative experience in a technology company or multinational environment working on administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
+ Experience with calendar management over international timezones, travel scheduling and booking, and budgeting of events.
+ Ability to collaborate and communicate across a range of people and job functions.
+ Ability to adhere to an expectation of confidentiality on all business matters.
+ Ability to handle multiple priorities independently with attention to detail and excellent organisation skills with ability to project manage.

+ Perform an array of administrative tasks (manage calendars, book travel, and schedule facilities and equipment).
+ Plan and execute events (All Hands presentations, Offsites, leadership meetings) by coordinating content creation, organizing fun events, identifying speakers.
+ Coordinate duties for multiple offices.
+ Build responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies.
+ Serve as a technical lead for and manager of small projects, and mentor new team members.
