Description of Work

This position is located in the Prep/Scan section of the Quality Assurance Unit. This position is responsible for the prepping and scanning of vehicle title and registration documents received from the North Carolina License Plate Agencies, On-Line Dealers, and DMV sections/units through the use of a high/slow-speed scanner. This position receives, records, examines, and prepares documents to be scanned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities / Competencies
Applicants must submit an application that clearly reflects work experience that demonstrates the following:
+ Experience using a computer.
+ Experience examining and/or preparing documents to be scanned.
+ Ability to use a variety of office equipment such as a copier, fax, scanner, etc.
+ Experience with customer service.
Additional Expectations:
Ability to lift heavy stacks of paper and push/pull heavy carts.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and one year of administrative experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
