Administrative Assistant - Talus

 Future Infrastructure needs an experienced, reliable, and task-oriented Administrative Assistant who will work directly with the Project and Operation Management team at the Houston office, and be responsible for performing multiple duties that span various departments. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

 Responsibilities:

Assist Project Management in invoice template creation, Creating an updating Bluestake tickets submission, and tracking Assist with cost tracking, verification, and reporting Municipality permit submission, tracking, and reporting Assist Management team with various production tracking and reporting Request, collect, compile, track, and report on various project deliverables Miscellaneous administrative duties such as filing, office supply ordering, employee on boarding, etc.….

 Qualifications:

Preferred - 2 years of experience in similar roles. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with company/project specific programs and software through development and coaching Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Exceptional interpersonal skills Proficiency in collaboration and team building skills Friendly and professional demeanor Independent, self-starter

 The ideal candidate will have education and/or experience in one or more of the following areas:  High School Diploma or GED or higher Valid Current Texas Driver’s License
