Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant IV to support our executive team in managing complex schedules and coordinating various administrative tasks. This role involves handling high-level correspondence, organizing meetings, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate complex calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts and prioritizing time effectively.Prepare materials and agendas, coordinate events, and oversee meeting logistics to ensure smooth operations.Draft, edit, and format emails, memos, letters, presentations, and reports with attention to detail.Book travel arrangements, manage itineraries, and process expense reimbursements while adhering to corporate policies.Review and analyze corporate documents, mail, memos, submissions, and reports to determine significance and plan distribution.Essential Skills3-5+ years of experience supporting C-Suite executives.Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), Teams, Zoom, and Adobe.Strong administrative support skills including calendar management and travel coordination.Experience in providing administrative assistance and customer service.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.Experience working directly with executives.Work Environment
This position offers a hybrid schedule with 3 days in-office in Owings Mills and 2 days remote. Candidates should possess their own equipment for remote work.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
