Primary Objective

Performs a variety of administrative and clerical duties for the Director of Technical Manufacturing. Coordinates and maintains facility services, equipment and files. Prepares daily/weekly reports on statistics.

 

Major Function and Scope

Manages employee activities and communications.

Assists in document creation, spreadsheet applications, graphical applications as required.

Develops and maintains filing system to meet recordkeeping needs.

Performs other duties as required.

Experience and Knowledge Required

Requires 4+ years of business experience in administrative or related activities preferably in a distribution environment. Previous HR and purchasing experience preferred.

Competencies

Core competencies include effective organization, multi-tasking, prioritizing, attention to detail, interpersonal and communication skills.
