Accurate accounting of payroll system with a variety of adjustments as needed to conform to union contracts. Daily monitoring of payroll system data will be necessary while obtaining proper adjustment approvals when necessary.
Candidate should be very competent in understanding Union labor contracts and assure department compliance in areas related to this job function.
Strong computer skills and software knowledge will be required. Position will be in constant use of Microsoft office programs, electronic MMS work order systems, and company specific programs for revenue/expense management and labor management.
Will be required to hit deadlines and complete job tasks as set by leadership without direct monitoring or oversight.
Answer, screen telephone calls and transfer as necessary; greet visitors and direct to appropriate person.
Should be able to type 40-50 WPM.
Must be flexible to schedule additional hours if needed for assistance with various projects.
Ability to organize and coordinate many projects simultaneously.
Will be expected to analyze data exports for accuracy and convert to pivot table, graphs, charts and Powerpoint presentations.
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
Will be expected to create Spanish versions of most documentation
Minimum Candidate Requirements
Strong computer skills (MS products including Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint)
Good communication skills (oral and written)
College Associates Degree a plus
Multi-lingual required (English/Spanish)
