JOB SUMMARY:
Welcomes visitors, employees, and customers and directs them to the proper contact. Performs executive assistant functions of highly responsible and confidential nature for a Manager or Director. Supports the Able business with administrative projects and responsibilities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Demonstrates a working knowledge of executive administrative assistant techniques and exhibits proficiency in the operation of standard office equipment. Maintains supplies for office equipment and office stationery supplies. Effectively utilizes new technology to enhance office efficiencySchedules appointments, maintains calendars, and advises supervisor of pending appointments. Arranges meetings and presentations, participates in their preparation as requested. May coordinate business itinerary and travel requirementsSorts, and reads incoming mail and documents, attaches appropriate information to facilitate necessary action. Disseminates information within department(s) as requestedEstablishes and maintains harmonious working relationship with supervisors, peers, customers, suppliers, and government representativesEffectively communicates information to a diverse audience of customers, both internally and externally, maintaining a professional appearance and demeanorManages expense reports for the leadership team and ensures Textron policies are followedManages org chart updatesSupport the organization with request for office suppliesSupports customer visits andensures lobby is clean, organized, and inviting. Greets callers and visitors in a friendly and consistent mannerPerforms Restricted Party Screening for non-Textron visitors and provide approved visitor badge.Creates and replaces employee, visitor, contractor, and vendor badgeResponsible for submission and/or completion of various Human Resource related tasks such as; employee data changes, employee file recordkeeping, I-9 verification, and other dutiesCoordinates engagement activities for employee and other community eventsSupports Accounting/Finance organization by managing the lockboxSupport various Able departments in other administrative duties as requiredJOB SUMMARY:

High School Diploma required or equivalent.1 years of customer service or receptionist experience requiredQUALIFICATIONS:
Computer experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.Customer relations and interpersonal skills.Administrative abilities including computer, typing, and organizational skills.Ability to focus on details and work in a fast-paced environment.Professional attitude and ability to accept instructions and directions.Unrestricted abilities to perform all assigned job tasks in a safe and efficient manner.Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.Professional presence and telephone etiquette.Safety conscious and service-oriented knowledge.The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this job.
