Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Senior Recruiter with sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for various warehouse roles, including packers, forklift drivers, quality control inspectors, unloaders, and warehouse clerks.Support morning dispatch operations to ensure all staffing needs are met for each shift.Communicate effectively with clients to understand their staffing requirements and provide timely updates.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our internal systems.Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.Bilingual proficiency is a big plus(Spanish/English preferred).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Previous recruiting or administrative experience is a plus, but not required.Positive, proactive attitude with a strong desire to grow professionally.Pay Rate:
$16.00/hrSchedule:
Monday to Friday11:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Occasional Saturdays)Full-time Hours After 90-Day Probation: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
