Administrative Assistant
Description Robert Half is partnering with a well-established company in Miami. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional team in an exciting and fast-paced environment. Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide support in a variety of office functions. The role requires strong communication skills and a bilingual candidate (English and Spanish) to support the diverse client base. Key Responsibilities: + Manage office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling in-person inquiries. + Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members. + Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations in both English and Spanish. + Assist with the management of files, records, and documentation, ensuring proper organization. + Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest degree of professionalism. + Support the team with project management, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner. + Coordinate and manage office supplies and equipment, maintaining an efficient and organized work environment. + Provide general administrative support to other departments as needed. Requirements + 3-5 years of experience in an administrative support role. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). + Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, etc.) and managing executive calendars. + Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish. + Ability to manage confidential information and maintain discretion. + Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. + Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. + Experience with CRM or ERP software is a plus. + Experience in coordinating complex travel arrangements. + Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. + Bachelor's degree in business, administration, or a related field preferred.
