Our client, a dynamic organization in the moving and storage sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant and a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As an Admin or CSR, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting various functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title (2):** Administrative Assistant or Customer Service Representative
**Location:** Kingston, NY
**Pay Range:** $18 - $20 per hour with room for advancement
**What's the Job?**
+ Provide administrative support and assist with customer service inquiries.
+ Utilize MS Word, Excel, and QuickBooks for various tasks.
+ Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy.
+ Maintain a strong phone presence to assist clients and customers.
+ Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
**What's Needed?**
+ Experience with MS Word, Excel, and QuickBooks.
+ Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.
+ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
+ Proven reliability in attendance and performance.
