Administrative Assistant Description: PACIFIC COAST BUILDING SERVICES, INC. IS CURRENTLY ACCEPTING RESUMES FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (RISK & SAFETY DEPARTMENT) POSITION TYPE: Full-Time, Non-Exempt LOCATION: Sacramento, CA (in office) BENEFITS: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Profit Sharing PAY: $20-$22 RESPONSIBILITIES : + Reports to Risk Management supervisor for updates, accomplishments, and any issues requiring attention. + Manages daily administrative tasks to support a team of Risk and Safety specialists. + Assists the business unit with Safety, Insurance, and Risk Management projects/tasks including but not limited to: incident reporting, safety training recordkeeping; insurance certificate tracking; logbooks and timecards recordkeeping; user profile management, and vehicle and driver labeling within GPS application; report auditing; assignment of field observations within safety application, processing permit payments, assisting in review of dash camera footage, etc. + Conducts industry-specific research, organizes files and updates, tracks, and organizes safety forms for locations. + Distributes materials to the various locations. + Performs general office duties such as, answering/attending to phone calls, making copies, scanning/saving documents, and mailing letters and packages. + Other duties may be assigned. QUALIFICATIONS : + High school diploma or equivalent. + Minimum of two years’ experience in administrative roles. Experience in the fields of risk management, insurance or safety is a plus. + Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are highly desired but not required. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. + Must possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers, co-workers and managers in person, and by phone or email. + Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills. + Knowledge on the usage of PC, Printers, Digital Copier and Digital Scanner. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.)
