Description We are offering a short term, part-time contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in SOLON, Ohio. The chosen candidate will be part of a team where they will primarily handle administrative tasks, operating within the tax industry. Responsibilities: • Processing and managing inbound and outbound calls efficiently. • Providing exceptional customer service and handling customer inquiries. • Accurately maintaining and updating customer records. • Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word for various tasks. • Scheduling appointments and ensuring they align with other schedules. • Managing email correspondence professionally and promptly. • Accurately scanning and filing documents. • Handling and delivering mail in a timely and organized manner. • Answering multi-line phone system promptly and professionally. Requirements • Proficient in answering inbound calls with detail orientation and courtesy • Excellent customer service skills, able to interact with clients in a respectful and efficient manner • Accurate data entry skills, with strong attention to detail • Able to manage email correspondence, responding in a timely and detail-oriented manner • Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a positive, problem-solving approach • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, capable of creating and editing spreadsheets • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Outlook, able to manage email, calendar, tasks, and contacts effectively • Skilled in creating and editing presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint • Proficient in Microsoft Word, able to create and edit documents efficiently • Able to schedule appointments, ensuring no conflicts and informing all parties involved • Experience with document scanning, able to digitize paperwork accurately • Skilled in scanning and organizing documents for easy retrieval • Familiarity with filing systems, both digital and paper-based • Experience in answering multi-line phone systems, able to manage multiple calls at once • Responsible for delivering mail within the organization, ensuring all items reach their intended recipient in a timely manner.
