Our client, a leading homebrand consumer goods company, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and assist with project management tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support, including scheduling, travel coordination, expense reports, and correspondence.Assist with project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is communicated.Prepare and distribute marketing materials, program bulletins, and business presentations.Manage departmental meetings, corporate events, and vendor setups.Organize and track key department data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Qualifications:
