Provide general departmental support for copying, filing, creating mailing labels, preparing mailingsComplete departmental projects as assigned Provide support to management as needed (report running, etc)Provide support in collection calls / emails from past-due customersBecome profecient in the company invoicing system and have a full understanding of billing proceeduresMain / email invoices to customers in a timely mannerBecome profecient in the company PO requesting system and Accounts Payable proceeduresShare the duties of answering incoming phone calls
