Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional customer service and support in a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and have the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
ResponsibilitiesAnswer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email, assisting with product selection, order details, and delivery information.Accurately process customer orders, ensuring all necessary details such as quantities, styles, and delivery times are confirmed.Stay informed about the full range of tile products, including sizes, finishes, and available stock, to provide expert advice to customers.Assist customers in selecting the right products to meet their needs, and upsell additional items where appropriate.Maintain accurate customer and order records in the system, ensuring all order details are properly logged and tracked.Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner, escalating to management when necessary.Average of $1,200 - $1,500 commission per month as commissions get divided amongst employees equally. You will work closely with the second city desk person, two showroom representatives, and one outside sales representative. Commission eligibility is available after contract completion, with an average monthly commission of $1200 to $1500.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
