Knowledge with Oracle systems for processing part number creation and other inventory details
• Some experience creating and maintaining Bill of Materials
• Support with chassis intake process
• Answer the multi-line phone system in a pleasant and timely manner, and direct calls to the
appropriate department or individual
• Greet customers and visitors at the front desk in a pleasant and timely manner, and notify the
appropriate department or individual of the visitor
• Assisting other departments with filing and administrative duties as required
• Process office supply orders; ensure proper stocking of items
• Process and mail invoices daily
• Some buying experience to help support Senior buyer as needed
• Typing various items to possibly include: decals, labels for new truck orders and bills of lading
• Assist Senior Leadership T earn with clerical support or projects as required
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned from supervisor
Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent computer skills; knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and Oracle
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong ability to be able to prioritze actions to meet deadlines
• Working knowledge of office equipment including fax machine, photocopier, multi-line phone
system
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction
• The ability to get along well with various departments and individuals of various levels of the
company
Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration or a combination of education and related experience in an office environment
