The Administrative Assistant is located Downtown Toronto and typically reports directly to the Division Manager. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Entering timesheetsProcessing expensesAssisting in Proposal PreparationPurchase ordersOrdering material and suppliesDocument controlsChange order controlsRequesting subcontractor PO’s from legal departmentMaintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databasesOrder office supplies, service office equipment and arrange for servicing in the case of major repairsOther duties as requiredCOMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

High School DiplomaDegree or Diploma in Office Administration or related would be considered an assetWORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
