Position OverviewQinetiQ US is looking to hire an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to support the Deputy Assistant Director, at our Aberdeen, MD customer site.
Responsibilities Submit and track facilities request for staff within B&O Manges security access listCoordinates and submits C5ISR Campus RTI APG badging requestsCoordinates internal office movesTracks and monitor employee roll call/ accountability daily via MIRARSPlan, coordinate, and confirm logistical support (badges, audiovisual support coordination with CIO team , etc.) for meetingsCoordinate and confirm interview schedules for B&O if requestedManage RTI B&O Hoteling station calendar for staff/leadershipArrange for appropriate conference rooms/ facilities to include preparing meeting spaceCapture images for RTI B&O meetings and events (requires photography training provided by the government)Assist with Supply OrdersAssist with CROSS (Empower) database entriesComplete all other duties assigned by DAD (Deputy Assistant Director) B&O and assist DAD B&O Team Required Qualifications Candidate must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.Excellent Communication skillsA minimum of 3 years' administrative support experience, preferably within a military workplace.Experience leading and moderating meetings, including preparation of read ahead materials and invite lists.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.Self-StarterMid-Level Experience Company EEO Statement
