We have an outstanding Contract position for an Administrative Assistant to join a leading Company located in the Bedford, MA surrounding area.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant with experience in Microsoft Office and Concur, as well as some background in talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, streamline processes, and assist in recruiting efforts to ensure smooth daily operations.
Job Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).Utilize Concur for travel planning, expense reporting, and budget tracking.Assist in talent acquisition processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.Maintain employee records and manage onboarding documentation.Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure effective communication and task coordination.Organize and maintain files, databases, and office supplies to ensure efficient workflow.Support ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Basic Hiring Criteria:Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Hands-on experience with Concur for travel and expense management.Familiarity with talent acquisition processes, including basic recruiting tools and practices.Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Desired Qualifications:Previous experience in human resources or recruiting support.Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
