Amerco Real Estate Company is seeking a full-time receptionist/administrative assistant. In this position, you will support day-to-day functions + specialized projects and be directly under the supervision of the President of AREC and his Executive Assistant/Office Manager. Please note this is an in-person position in Midtown Phoenix from 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday, remote work is not available.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

Answer the phone promptly and direct calls to the applicable team member or departmentManage, sort and distribute incoming mailPurchase and organize office items via U-Haul or Corporate Amazon accountMaintain office upkeeping and maintenanceDelegate and record all notices (property violations, public hearings, etc.) to the applicable team member or departmentOther duties, as assigned

Qualified candidates will possess:

High school diploma

Required skills:

Positive attitudeReliable and punctualExcellent interpersonal communication skillsOrganized and detail-orientatedAbility to multitask and manage time effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
