ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to handle routine administrative duties and manage office operations. The role involves assisting with event planning, organizing community engagement activities, and overseeing the corporate mailing program. Additionally, the successful candidate will coordinate the use of fleet vehicles and undertake special projects as assigned by leadership.

ResponsibilitiesProvide front-desk coverage by managing a busy, multiline phone system, greeting guests as they enter the office, managing incoming/outgoing mail and shipments, and maintaining an organized, clean office environmentProvide administrative support leadership, including email correspondence and generation and distribution of memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms, and faxesPlan, organize, and schedule company meetings in the office, off-site, and via videoconferenceCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for employeesMaintain filing system, contact database, employee list, and inventoryOrder and oversee office supplies and food deliveries for group meetingsEssential SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.Highly organized with strong multitasking and time-management abilities.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Excellent professional writing and business communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Experience in real estate, particularly in drafting addendums and memorandums.Additional Skills & QualificationsAn associate degree is required. Equivalent education, training, and/or experience may be considered.A minimum of 3 years of administrative experience is preferred.Experience with commercial real estate transactions is preferred.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00
