Administrative Assistant
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the the Welding Division supporting senior level leaders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a knack for multitasking which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Administrative Assistant **Location:** Appleton, WI **Pay Range:** $18 - $20 **Hours:** Part time- 32 hour to start, eventually full time, temp to hire **What's the Job?** + Analyze and manage incoming and outgoing communication, prioritizing significance, and facilitating appropriate distribution and response. + Manage and arrange meetings and events, with a key focus on event planning for both small and large gatherings. + Maintain records and databases; file and retrieve accounting documents and reports. + Coordinate the leadership team's travel arrangements (domestic and international). + Manage office supply inventory and order as needed, along with general office duties as assigned. **What's Needed?** + Associates degree preferred; HR experience is a plus. + Available to work between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. + Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence. + Proficient in MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. + Demonstrated ability to be adaptable, flexible, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. + Flexible part-time schedule with the potential to transition to full-time. + Gain experience in event planning and administrative support in a high-profile environment. + Work closely with senior leaders and enhance your professional network. + Possibility for salary increase based on performance and company growth.
