Adecco Staffing is working with a company in Bow, NH to bring on a admisntrative assistant. This is a full-time position and will be temp to hire.
**Pay Rate** : $18.00 an hour
**Schedule:** 7:00am – 3:30pm Monday – Friday, ONSITE.
**Position Title:** Administrative Assistant
**Job Duties:**
**Essential Functions Include -**
+ Accounts payable, payroll, scanning, filing, updating reports, greeting visitors.
+ Assistant to the office manager, Vice President and managers.
+ Scheduling service for equipment or vehicles per manager’s direction.
+ Safety data sheets updating, which includes uploading to company network.
**Qualifications** :
+ Prior experience or training would be beneficial for the administrative assistant working in an office atmosphere.
+ Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
+ Must be self-motivated, have a positive attitude and a desire to work in a team environment.
+ Willing to teach the right candidate.
