The successful candidate will be collaborative, positive, and eager to work with BC students, faculty and staff to expand entrepreneurship programming. The Assistant will report to the Senior Associate Director of the Edmund H. Shea Jr. Center for Entrepreneurship at the Carroll School of Management Manage the Center's website, database management of external constituents, manage the Center’s e-mail account, e-mail campaigns and listserves; Work with Sr. Associate Director and with the Communications Specialist, to create center marketing materials and maintain a robust social media presence for the Center Assist in planning and execution of TechTrek trips in Boston, New York, and West Coast; Collaboratively plan and execute Chat with an Entrepreneur series Help raise participation, learning and engagement in entrepreneurship and Shea Center programs across campus; Assist Shea Center staff and Start@Shea student board as needed Outreach to build BC’s connections with entrepreneurs in the community and globally and for bringing entrepreneurs to campus Assist the Shea staff with operating budget, scheduling and maintaining the calendar of events; Support and coordinate other activities/programs of the Center as they develop Hiring Range: $24.92/hr to $31.15/hr.
