The Administrative Office Associate requires an individual that is internal customer-oriented and
\ncan prioritize and multi-task at a quick pace. The primary duties for the Administrative Office Associate are to receive, and process print jobs, incoming and outgoing mail, scan, file, as well as assist with other administrative tasks
\nDuties include but are not limited to:
\n\nProcess incoming and outgoing mail\nMonitor and inventory Supplies\nManaging client electronic and hardcopy recordsAnnual Filings\nProcess new owner welcome packets\nTrack HO6 insurance\nMailing taxes\nChange of addresses and returned mail\nVaulting and e-filing of various documents\nProcess print jobs, scanning and faxing\nOther tasks as required \n\n\n RequirementsHigh School diploma or GED Required
\n\nAssociates Degree Preferred\n0 – 3 years of directly related or closely related experience\nMinimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience\n\nTypical office environment
\n\nOvertime may be required\nNeed to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.\n\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS
