Responsibilities
Job Summary:
Our Risk Services Department is seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant with excellent people skills and ability to work in a team environment. You will perform complex and confidential administrative and secretarial support for senior level executive(s) under little to no supervision.Daily Responsibilities:
Coordinates meetings and prepares minutes for various committees.Interacts, problem solves and makes decisions with board members, administration, corporate personnel, hospital staff and clients.Exercises initiative on behalf of and in best interest of Vice President/Director and department.Prepares business plan, presentations, spreadsheets and grant/proposal submissions.Organizes and maintains files, protocols and records.Prepares budget information, which includes reviewing expense reports.Monitors budget, ensuring compliance with budgetary guidelines and constraints.Performs complex and confidential administrative and secretarial support.Project Planning and Management:
Manages projects of moderate to highly skilled nature for senior level executive(s) or Vice Presidents and administative team.Serves as facilitator to ensure assigned projects are completed in a timely manner.Prepares reports, statistical data-reports and other documentsProcesses and mails projects.To be successful in this key role, you must be creative and enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and community oriented. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. Must be able to work well under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
Note: this position is based on-site at our main campus in midtown Phoenix; a virtual/remote arrangement is not possible at this time.
Qualifications
Minimum Experience:
Two (2) years of responsible and varied administrative support duties. Computer proficiency required.Minimum Education:
