Administrative Assistant
Description The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This includes handling scheduling, communication, office management, and assisting with various office tasks to help support other team members and departments. + Manage and organize the daily schedule of meetings, appointments, and events. + Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails. + Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. + Maintain and update office records, files, and databases. + Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels. + Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations. + Coordinate internal and external communications. + Handle office correspondence, including mail and deliveries. + Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents. + Support team members with research, data entry, and project assistance. + Organize company events, meetings, and other office-related activities. + Perform general office duties like photocopying, faxing, and filing. + Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Requirements + High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification preferred. + Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). + Excellent organizational and time-management skills. + Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. + Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. + Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
