Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Level 2

Job Description

This position is responsible for providing support Transportation Department.

 

In this role, the primary responsibilities will be to audit and reconcile freight invoices for Company Business Units and OPCO’s, communicate with freight carriers,

communicate with internal business partners, create, and edit documents, presentations, reports, order Department of Transportation permits, provide back up to other clerical support personnel, field calls from the vendor line, provide payroll backup and create/maintain various weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual reports. 

 

QualificationsThe position must demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant softwareHigh School Diploma3-5 Years of recent and relevant experience

 

Ideal Pay for Client is $22 - $24 per hour, Overtime Eligible with Holiday Pay and Accrued PTOThis role is set up as a long term contract role with the capability to go permanent. Contract length varies on client need , can be up to 3 years or moreIdeal candidate can be on site 5- days a week for a typical Day shift time frame

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00
