Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for working collaboratively with the Executive Director and other departments in assisting with the office and clerical needs for the staff at Britelife Recovery . Additionally, the Administrative Assistant facilitates and maintains effective communication with clients, vendors, outside agencies and Britelife Recovery staff.
DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties:
Essential Functions:
+ Job Type: Full Time; hours determined by Facility
+ Serves as administrative contact for staff, vendors, and outside agencies.
+ Performs bookkeeping duties as necessary.
+ Forwards invoices for timely processing.
+ Prepares, processes, and files documents.
+ Maintains office supplies and inventories.
+ Runs and creates reports as necessary.
+ Maintains confidentiality of all information.
+ Special Projects as needed.
+ Positively promotes current organization to prospective clients and employees.
Non- Essential Functions:
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
Professional Requirements:
+ Complete annual education requirements.
+ Maintains standards of professional society procedures and ethical behavior.
