About the Role

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Assistant General Manager, and other members of the management team.  These responsibilities include scheduling appointments, attending meetings, and providing overall administrative support.  

Your Responsibilities Prepares slides, presentations and internal memos from the Assistant General Manager. Maintains tracking sheets and assist with reports/metrics tracking. Plans/assists with employee events. Assists with the preparation/distribution of communications slides. Maintains Organizational Charts. Assist with company-wide meetings. Who we are looking for Associate’s Degree (A.A.)  with 3 years of related experience. Must have demonstrated intermediate skills in Microsoft Office / Excel / Power Point. Must have demonstrated excellent customer service and communication skills. Your preferred qualifications Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
