Job Description

Timmons Group is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Richmond, VA office location. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in Microsoft Excel, coupled with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This role requires a proactive individual who can communicate effectively and maintain a keen attention to detail while supporting various aspects of our operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a successful candidate include but are not limited to:

Provide administrative support to multiple engineering teamsManage schedules, appointments, and meetings to optimize time managementPrepare, organize, and maintain documents and reports, ensuring accuracy and completenessUtilize Microsoft Excel to analyze data, create reports, and assist in project trackingCommunicate effectively with team members and external stakeholdersAssist in coordinating events, travel and activities as neededContinuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance organizational efficiency

Skills/Requirements of a successful candidate include but are not limited to:

High school diploma/GEDProven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar roleProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applicationsExceptional organizational and multitasking abilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and qualityAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
