Key Responsibilities:

Manage office operations, including scheduling, record-keeping, and supply managementProvide exceptional customer service as a receptionist, greeting visitors and handling phone callsCoordinate meetings and events, including arranging facilities, equipment, and cateringPrepare and distribute meeting minutes and other important communicationsMaintain and update resource materials for service line staffAssist with administrative record keeping and data entryProcess office bills, invoices, and maintain financial records as neededSupport colleagues by training them on office equipment usageEnsure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality requirementsContribute to office upkeep and maintain a pleasant working environmentAssist with program service authorizations and client tracking, if applicable

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent certificate requiredAssociate's or bachelor's degree in human resources, social services, or related field preferred1-3 years of experience in clerical/administrative support or related field preferredAdvanced skills in computing, including databases, web browsers, email interfaces, and MS Office products highly desirable

Strong customer service skills and professional demeanorExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAdaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processesValid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance requiredMust successfully complete a background check, including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect check, and fingerprint checkAbility to complete New Hire Orientation and all required training, including annual Relias training
