Associa seeking Administrative Assistant for a full-time position in our Community Association Services of Indiana (CASI) Branch location to primarily provide customer service to unit owners and Board members.This is a FT in-office position.

\n

The ideal candidate must present professionally, work independently and with minimal supervision. Will maintain a positive business relationship with all owners, residents, board members, and coworkers.

\n

Job description:

\n\nAssisting walk in clients in lobby \nHandle all incoming mail and packages and distribute to the correct department. \nDocument & handle client Returned Mail through mail process.\n\n\nProcess all incoming invoices.\n\n\nPrepare notices, letters and correspondence for the community manager to review and sign.\nPrepare mailings including printing and applying mailing postage to notices, letters and correspondence. \n\n\nRespond to incoming phone calls, voice mail messages, and e-mails.\nUse company software to assign and follow up on task.\nMaintain various office files and provide general office filing support.\nProcesses print jobs, scanning and faxing as needed.\nOther duties assigned.\n\n

*SLA’s for all job duties are DAILY or within 24 hours.

\n Requirements\nRequires a high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s or associate degree preferred.\n1 - 3 years of directly related clerical or administrative support experience required; HOA, property management or condominium management-related experience is a plus.\nMust have excellent customer service, computer and typing skills, along with proficient skills with Microsoft Office, Excel and the internet.\nMust be able to adapt to management software and computer programs being utilized by the company and self-teach through online learning and training guides.\nKnowledge of business correspondence including rules of grammar, sentence structure, punctuation, spelling and attention to detail.\nAbility to interpret and follow verbal and written instructions.\nAbility to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing and exercise diplomacy.\nInterpersonal skills are necessary to effectively interface with all levels of personnel and work in a team environment.\nWill exhibit a positive business relationship with all coworkers.\nSuperior communication and interpersonal skills with colleagues and clients.\nMust be highly organized and know how to prioritize while working independently with minimal supervision or while in communication with the team.\n
