Job Description

Manage Plant Management’s administrative requests and inquiries. Provide support within the organization. Special projects and initiatives development.

The job responsibilities include but are not  limited to the following:

 

Agenda/calendar coordination and outcome follow ups.Document managementManage personal matters (appointments, vacations, etc.)Travel and ordinary expenses managementProvides support around management organization, visitors, associates, internal and external clientsLead business travel process implementation within the organizationBusiness travel process support.Events planning in coordinationHandle administrative request and queries from Sr. VPs and Key ManagersManaging PM’s general administrative activitiesHandle and coordinate visitors general and specific requirementsManagement or support in initiatives or projects assigned by PMSupport plant strategies and projects.Coordinate with management to consolidate information

 

QualificationsBachelor Degree: Visual design skills or Education Background as Designer preferrable.>5 years multidisciplinary experienceMs. OfficeProactive, team work and good communication skills (network is key)Bilingual english / spanish is a mustCreativity
