Administrative Assistant
Actalent Aston Carter is currently partnering with a facility in North Knoxville in need of an Administrative Assistant to join their team. Please see below for details and qualifications! Description Our client is seeking a dedicated and versatile Administrative Assistant to join our Service Department. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks to support the Director of Operations and ensure smooth departmental operations. Key Responsibilities: Cross-Training: Learn and perform duties of both the dispatcher and administrative assistant roles. Order Management: Order parts and equipment as needed. Customer Follow-Up: Maintain communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and timely updates. Parts ETA Follow-Up: Track and follow up on estimated arrival times for ordered parts. Training Documentation: Document and schedule training sessions for staff. Support Director of Operations: Assist in various tasks to alleviate the workload of the Director of Operations. Skills and Qualifications: Technical Skills: Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite. Systems Navigation: Ability to navigate and utilize accounting and dispatch systems. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Personality: Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a willingness to go above and beyond. Preferred: HVAC knowledge is a plus but not required. Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
