We are ranked as one of Computerworld's Top Places to Work in IT six years running, and we are seeking a Group Administrator to support the Highly Classified IT Services (ICS) and Highly Classified Compliance (ICC) groups. These groups provide essential services to more than 100 classified facilities, and your role will be critical in supporting their mission success. Responsibilities:Coordinate administrative operations to support Group Supervisors and their teams in meeting critical deadlines and deliverables.Manage calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and handle meeting coordination (internal and external), including logistics, A/V setup, and visitor access when needed.Oversee onboarding of new staff, including workspace, office equipment, and IT setup to ensure a seamless first day.Track and manage budgets, overhead and capital planning, expense reports, and staff planning tools.Organize group files and records, both electronic and physical, and maintain up-to-date shared folders, logs, and correspondence.Plan and support group events, recurring meetings, and morale initiatives.Coordinate travel logistics, process travel authorizations, and expense reimbursements, and assist with shipping and invoice approvals.Provide editing and quality assurance for technical memoranda, reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring editorial and formatting accuracy.Support staff recruiting efforts by coordinating interviews, onboarding checklists, and tracking administrative milestones.Serve as the group's administrative liaison, promoting smooth communication between internal departments and external sponsors.Assist with inventory management, supply procurement, and space planning across ICS and ICC offices.
Basic Hiring Criteria:High School diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant administrative experience.Are able to obtain Secret-level security clearance; If selected, you will be subject to a government security clearance investigation and must meet the requirements for access to classified information. Eligibility requirements include U.S. citizenship.
Desired Qualifications:Possess an active security clearance at or above Secret level.Are highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with workflow tools like Workday or ServiceNow.Have strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and professional discretion.Are self-motivated and take initiative to solve problems, improve processes, and support team success.Have experience working in a technical or IT-related environment, particularly in support of classified programs.Are familiar with our systems and policies, including EBSS and ECMS.Have led administrative projects or introduced successful process improvements in previous roles.Demonstrate strong independent judgment, critical thinking, and the ability to align with leadership strategies.
