The Northrop Grumman Specialized Warfighter Development Contract (SWDC) is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant 4 to join our team of qualified and diverse leaders at Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, Colorado. SWDC supports a wide range of Missile Defense Agency (MDA) directorates with multiple products & capabilities. The Administrative Assistant provides a critical role in providing the organizational and administrative support required for the effective operations of SWDC and reports directly to the SWDC Program Manager. Roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Provide administrative support to multiple personnel in a fast paced Agile development environmentManage and maintain multiple Outlook calendarsSchedule meetings, attend various technical meetings to document discussions and track actionsEnsure appropriate meeting preparations are made (coordination of call in number, meeting materials available and printed if required, catering requests, etc…) for both internal and external meetingsOrders and maintains office supply inventoryProvides general support to visitors and customersLiaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from Senior Directors and Vice Presidents.Produces and edits correspondence and presentations; assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reportsIndependently coordinates and manages a variety of projectsSchedules meetings internally and externally; coordinates & reserves offsite locations for large events, arranges catering, decorations, and manages all integration required for eventsRequests and coordinates in and out processing for SWDC Personnel at Schriever Space Force BaseBuilds successful working relationships with a diverse group of internal employees and external customersWrite and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms as requiredOther duties as assignedBasic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree and 2 years of related experience or 6 Years of related experience in lieu of degreeActive DoD Secret clearancePreferred Qualifications:
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communications skills Must have excellent time management and organizational skills with high attention to detailStrong computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); up-to-date with advancements in office equipment and applications.Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and handle multiple tasks and managers in a fast-paced office environment.Ability to exercise discretion and respect confidentiality concerning employee information and company recordsMust possess a high level of initiative and ability to effectively handle multiple tasksAbility to work well independently with minimal daily direction, as well as part of a team.Must be customer focus oriented; previous experience with government customers is a plusMust be able to work amicably with a diverse work force and respect differing opinionsWhat We Can Offer You:

Salary Range: $58,000.00 - $96,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
