Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role provides a unique opportunity for growth and learning, contributing to a dynamic team focused on Identity and Data Management. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in administrative support, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex schedules and tasks.
ResponsibilitiesPerform a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management, including external business partners.Manage complex calendars for Senior Partner Directors and large organizations.Schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and process business expenses.Manage team headcount, PCN updates, recruiting tracking, and requisition submissions.Coordinate meetings, events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations.Procure goods and services, including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships.Provide general office support and serve as the department/group contact.Complete special projects as assigned.Essential SkillsMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Admin Assistant or Executive Assistant.Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting an Executive Level Manager.Minimum of 2 years of prior experience with the client, preferably as an Admin Assistant, Business Administrator, or Executive Assistant.High level of organization with experience in space/equipment management, higher-level Outlook Calendar support, and travel management tasks.Additional Skills & QualificationsA college degree is required.Strong communication skills.Experience with large corporate teams is preferred.Ability to explain work history confidently and handle special events/offsites on campus.Work Environment
This role requires working onsite 3-4 days a week in a large, fast-paced professional office setting. The daily schedule is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with no overtime. The supplier will provide a laptop, mouse, and headset.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $37.00
