Executes incoming administrative duties and supports the Customer Line Directors by coordinating the time schedule, writing the correspondence, organizing business trips, conducting the travel expense reports, and preparing the minutes of the meetings Organizes and prepares internal and external meetings worldwide Ensures a smooth communication between the Customer Line Directors and internal and external interfaces worldwide Conducts and prepares analyses, researches,  statistics and presentations Monitors internal and external transactions with regard to completeness and correctness Supports decision making by conducting and preparing analyses, researches,  statistics and presentations Supports international/global interdisciplinary projects Supports the budget planning process for the respective department

 

Your Personality

Minimum High School Degree, Associates Degree preferred 2-5 years administrative experience 1 year automotive experience preferred Microsoft Office Certification preferred
